Payment Methods

We accept payment in the form of Money Orders and PayPal (Credit Cards and eChecks).
PayPal is a secure website and does not share your credit card or bank information with us or anyone else. Please visit PayPal.com for more information on the wonderful service they provide. Note that we ship ONLY to the credit card billing address. No exceptions.

Shipping & Handling

S&H is based on the total total weight of your order.
Depending on your location, you may have a choice for shipping methods during Check Out. If package is over three (3) pounds, we may use UPS regardless of the method you select.

Insurance
Insurance is included in S&H. NOTE We use an independent insurance agent so you will not see the Postal Insured stamp on the package. Claims for non-delivery of packages cannot be filed until thirty (30) days after date of mailing and no later than forty-five (45) days from mailing.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING OUT OF THE US.
This is a result of way too many complaints of late and lost packages. International orders will be refused.

Sales Tax

If the order is to be shipped to a Florida address, Sales Tax must be paid pursuant to Florida Law.

Important things you need to know

Most items are handmade and, as such, will vary slightly from piece to piece.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or return request.
Items should be returned via US Mail, postpaid. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are highly recommended.
A bubble envelope, bubble wrap or a box is recommended to ensure the items safety in transit back to us.

We are not responsible for lost, late, damaged or misdirected mail.

S&H Charges are nonrefundable unless there was an error on the part of Dark Angel Designs™.

Refunds are issued via PayPal or Company Check depending on how the purchase was paid for.
Repairs or Replacements are at our discretion
